Judith A. Rowe
Judy is passionate about using a strengths-based approach to help others individuals, teams, and organizations – through planning and transitions to realize their full potential. She has worked with many for and not for profit establishments. Her consulting company, Judith A. Rowe Consulting, LLC, provides many services, including coaching, training, facilitation, team/organizational effectiveness, transitions and career development. Judy also contracts as a Coaching Pro for Bravely, Inc.
Judy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. In addition, Judy earned a Master of Industrial Labor and Relations (MILR) degree from Cornell University. She is certified to train StandOut AdvantageTM.
During her 27-year tenure with Corning Incorporated Judy has held roles as Global Security Performance Excellence Champion, Project Manager, Training Systems Manager, Product Engineer, Sales Engineer, Customer Service Team Leader, Supervisory Effectiveness Instructor, Human Resources Manager, and HR Performance Excellence Project Manager. Prior to Corning Incorporated Judy held engineering positions with Mobil Corporation, Loudon County Sanitation Authority.
Judy has a phenomenal family – husband, Joe, and their two sons, Joe and Jon. Judy is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Judy currently volunteers for many community activities and serves as the Board Chair of the Community Foundation of Elmira-Corning and the Finger Lakes. She served as a volunteer and held Board positions for the United Way of the Southern Tier, Corning Guthrie Hospital, Donald Guthrie Foundation, and The Cosmopolitan Women’s Club.
